| To return a ProCharger Supercharger the customer must call The SuperCharger Store during regular businsess hours (6:00AM Mountain Standard Time through 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time) Monday through Friday.
Note: Arizona does not implement Daylight Savings Time.
Returns are only available for product that has not been installed or shipped to the customer. The Supercharger Store will confirm the product return on a case by case basis.
When a product return has been agreed to by The Supercharger Store the product may be totoally or partially refunded, a return charge of 10% is applied and installation services are not subject to refund.
For self-installations no product returns are available after the product is shipped from the The Supercharger Store to the customer.
