H A M M E R by Pure Vision Overview: EXTERIOR WILL EVOKE EMOTION. Crisp bodylines perfected by renowned paint and body man Russ Stevenson. Glasurit paint will be applied in Sterling Grey. Bumpers will be treated with black chrome; various components will be blacked out, though some original trim will remain to retain traditional styling cues. Rolling stock will consist of metal sculpture from HRE Performance Wheels and massive Pilot series tires from Michelin. Peering out from behind the rim spokes are huge disc brakes from Stainless Steel Brakes. INTERIOR WILL BE ELEGANT, SIMPLE, FUNCTIONAL. Pure Vision has redesigned the dash featuring Westach gauges, while Stitchcraft will work their magic with leather and wool. Vintage Air will provide a comfortable atmosphere for driving pleasure, while power windows, a leather wrapped wheel mounted to a tilt/telescopic column, and a custom Lamborghini styled shifter and gate ensure driving excitement! DRIVETRAIN WILL BE SOLID AND STRONG. Starting with a 400 cubic inch short deck big block, Kibler's Performance Tech will construct a fuel injected, supercharged power house utilizing components from Mopar Performance, Edelbrock, The Supercharger Store, and Schumacher Creative Services. Chip's Brake & Muffler will install Flowmaster's new 3" exhaust system. Passon Performance has assembled a special four-speed overdrive manual transmission complete with hydraulic clutch. The rear axle is an 8 3/4 assembled with components from Mopar Performance and Randy's Ring and Pinion. SUSPENSION, STEERING, AND CHASSIS WILL INSTALL CONFIDENCE. Modern K-frame from Reilly Motor Sports uses coil over shocks, tubular control arms, and Flaming River rack and pinion sterring. Red Zone Race Fabrication will be mounting a custom pair of leaf springs from Eaton Detroit Springs in the car using a Mopar Performance spring relocate kit, as well as intalling custom made sub-frame connectors. THE DETAILS. All the hundreds of restoration parts and pieces that make the car stand out are supplied by MOPAR PERFORMANCE and YEAR ONE. 2004 APPEARANCES. HAMMER will debut at the 2004 SEMA show in Chrysler's pavilion.
