| To cancel a ProCharger Supercharger order the customer must call The Supercharger Store during regular businsess hours (6:00AM Mountain Standard Time through 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time) Monday through Friday.
Note: Arizona does not implement Daylight Savings Time.
The Supercharger Store will confirm the order cancellation with ATI and provide a cancellation number for the customer. Orders cancelled prior to the The Supercharger Store installing the product are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations and returns are not available for product that has been installed.
For self-installations cancellations are only available before the product is shipped from the The Supercharger Store to the customer. Cancellations requested after the product is shipped can not be honored and no returns are available for product that has been shipped to the customer or installed.
